Fees
- Free initial telephone consultation: 15-30 minutes
- Individual Sessions are up to 1 hour and 30mins cost £95
- Smoking Cessation package is £275
- Full weight loss package (consisting of up to six sessions) is £435
- Anxiety Relief six session package £435
- Weight loss therapy is also available by individual sessions at the standard £95

- Monday: 8:30am – 8:00pm
- Tuesday: 8:30am – 8:00pm
- Wednesday: 8:30am – 8:00pm
- Thursday: 8:30am – 8:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 8:00pm
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a session for any reason, please give 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged in full for the session.
My location
I can work in person or online, using Zoom or another video platform.
I have a private, warm and confidential practice room in Southwell Wellbeing Centre which is a multi-service facility in Southwell. I cover areas between Nottingham to Lincoln, including Newark, Southwell, Grantham and Mansfield.
There is parking available nearby and it is easily accessed from Southwell and the surrounding areas.
